School Visit Program - "Tap into Water" - We are a FOOTBALL SCHOOL- Participation Program

In 2012 Capital Football will continue the "Tap into Water Everyday" Football School Partnership program.
Five schools will be selected each school term to partner with Capital Football and deliver football activities to ten select classes (K-2 x 2) (Year 3-4 x 2) (Year 5-6 x 2) from each school across the course of the term.
Each class will participate in football activities designed to deliver fun, game based, age appropriate football activities as a part of the regular P.E. or activity curriculum with the theme of water as the drink of choice used to encourage students to consider drinking water more often when exercising.

Development officers will be available for 1 day per week/per school to conduct indoor or outdoor football sessions to the selected classes from 9.30am-2.30pm. There may also be opportunities for children in other classes that are not selected to participate in the program to play in small sided games and skills competitions at recess times and lunch breaks.
