Request a Referee

dO YOU NEED A QUALIFIED REFEREE?

It is not compulsory for clubs to have a Capital Football referee appointed to trial matches, however it is recommended and advisable to do so.

Requests need to be submitted at least 7 working days prior to the scheduled match.

Please submit the following form Referee Request Form.

Once submitted you will receive an email confirmation within 2 working days. If you do not receive this confirmation please email refadmin@capitalfootball.com.au to ensure the form has been received.

Please Note: Capital Football will not appoint referees to any fixtures if all conditions are not met in the completion application. Only fully completed applications will be considered.
